The Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) wishes to inform all Heads of Junior High Schools (JHS) that the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has opened the school selection portal for the capture and upload of candidates' school choices.
The period for the exercise is from Thursday, 24th July to Friday, 8th August 2025.
Private BECE candidates are to select their schools online via www.waecinternetsolution.org using their Index Numbers and Dates of Birth as login credentials (username and password respectively).
All Metro/Municipal/District Directors of Education are kindly requested to ensure that Examination Coordinators supervise and monitor the school selection exercise in their respective jurisdictions to ensure timely and accurate data entry by Heads of Junior High Schools.
Regional Directors are by this letter, kindly requested to circulate this information to all schools through their Metro/Municipal/District Directors and ensure the successful completion of the exercise within the stipulated period.
