Sample of Promotion/Confirmation Form, Particulars/details needed in filing and how to apply

Applications are invited from qualified serving professional, non professional and non teaching personnel in the Ghana Education Service in the underlisted Categories for confirmation and promotion.

REQUIREMENTS

• CONFIRMATION:

Applicants should possess Diploma in Basic Education and must have served for atleast one year.

• SUPERINTENDENT I:

Applicants applying forthe grade should have aquired their teacher Certificate 'A' on or before August 1, 2019 and serve continuously for four years satisfactorily.

• SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT  II:

Applicants applying for the grade should have been promoted/upgraded to Superintendent I on or before September 1, 2019.

• SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT II:

Applicants applying for the grade should have been appointed, upgraded or promoted to Senior Superintendent II on or before September 1, 2019.

• NON-TEACHING PERSONNEL:

Applicants who have served at least five (5) years on their current grade can also apply.

NB:

Heads of Basic Schools should provide confidential report on their teachers (applicants) separately, forward the reports personally or through their Sisos to the District Director of Education.

 

MODE OF APPLICATION

• Apllicants should pick application form at from the office.
• Applicants should also attach copies each of their certificates, 1st Appointment letter, last promotion letter, current payslip, Result Slip and testimonial/attestation letter.
• All applications should reach the office of the District Director of Education by close of work on Friday 3rd February 2023.
