
The Management of the Ghana Education Service (GES) is
pleased to announce vacancies for the recruitment of passionate and dedicated
graduates for various teaching positions in the Service.
I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Successful candidates will be
expected to:
Facilitate learning for students
and pupils through the use of technology and 21st-century learner research.
Support all learners to ensure
excellent students’ learning outcomes.
Monitor and track learners’
competencies using various assessment tools and techniques.
Uphold the National Teaching
Standards and Code of Conduct of the Ghana Education Service.
II. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must meet the
following criteria:
Must have a Bachelor of Education
Degree, or a Degree with PGDE/PGCE, or a Diploma in Basic Education.
Must have completed the mandatory
National Service.
Must be in good standing with the
National Teaching Council (NTC) and possess a valid License.
Must demonstrate excellent
communication and classroom management skills.
Must be ready to accept posting
to deprived districts in the country.
